I have 3 deposits into my account, but don't know who from, so please let me know if you paid into my bank.

I also have 3 cheques and one cash payment, including me that gives us 8 paid cars, and Easydeluxe can pay when he gets here.

I have paid The £400 for the trip, so we need one more car please.

Peter are you still bringing friends?

It has been raining very hard here, so it will be very wet.

On the farms the tractors aren't even out and standing water on all the smaller roads.

Yummy!

Serious question, where’s the air intake on G500’s or 270’s

Wading Depth
463 300GD = 900mm
RR/Disco = 710mm?
300GTD = minor puddle :roll:

Are you going to come? Or you just lurking on the sidelines? Mind you if you have a 300D? I can see why you could be worried, loads of puddles up there - may have to pull you out!

Re: Wales Mountain Trip

hope you have all fitted fording bungs in the bottom of the bellhousing and cleaned the rubber drainage vent in the bottom of the heater air intake box. the height of the alternator snorkel might dictate how deep you can go without becoming exposed to possible electrical problems....and hose the mud out of the radiator matrix before the heat bakes it hard and the engine overheats as a result.......have a great weekend....

Slightly more serious, I was going to bring sausages for hot dogs, but we can't have fires in the Snodonia area, so everyone will have to pack a picnic, etc.

I considered it, but we are going to have a lot of mouths to feed, so I think we'll spend more time cooking than pulling spider out of the mud.

Since we are bringing the T3, which is a camper...can we camp somewhere in the area? Can you sleep in your car in de woods?

Legally you can, and there are loads of secluded little turn offs in the area. That would be what I would have done.

Can we all get coffee at your place then?

If you head for these coordinates you will find a secluded parking area in the forestry. Just off a minor road but out of the way such that I doubt anyone will bother you. Along this road (the B4391) there are a number of other little turn off’s in to abandoned quarry (very small) that you could also use.
OK if you get there in day light but if not head for these coordinates.

I think I have finally blew my engine with my bio fuel, so I am desperately running around at the moment.

More new later.

BTW I will definitely do the trip, even if I have to buy a old G for it, but if the engine has gone, I will try to source and fit a new one before then.

?? would bio-dliesel wreck the engine?? I was thinking about switching to bio-diesel at some point... I am not going to do that if that's for real!
