LPG TANK size to fit under V8 460 LWB
Hi I want to relocate my LPG tank under my G, can anyone recomend some useable size or best location under the G.
Has anyone removed the petrol tank and fitted a big LPG tank then had a smaller petrol tank fitted.

know of a 280ge SWB 460 with main tank removed and 65 ltr (useable) lpg tank installed ..the aux fuel tank behind the filler neck holds 15ltrs petrol for reserve fuel ..only thing not operating is the petrol guage...there is room for a second larger lpg tank under n/side floor if exhaust location is modified when cat' is removed (463 series only) ..G' qualifies for London inner city emissions exemption.. this G' is for sale if interested.......
I had 2 underslung 40 litre tanks installed on a swb ge280, and kept the petrol tank in situ, this should be easy on a lwb. The two 40 litre tanks gave a useable 64 litres. :idea: The exhaust was routed centrally but this may be more difficult with a V8 :?:
