Guess what I bought for myself today??
Haven't collected it yet, went to see it and put down a deposite. It is a 1994 G320.... photos will come next week.
133k km, black, A/C, old looking attik wheels, excellent looking underneath.
The seller wanted a 911 instead... he wouldn't swap his G for my 996 because of the steering wheel location :(

Now THAT was an ill-bred remark Huss
LP, looking forward to the pictures and will be interested to hear about your G as there aren't many frequent forum users with a 320....if any.
BB, that is a handsome beast you have there......shame about the ugly bit of black metal behind him/her  ....sorry, couldn't resist. Is that instead of the ML?

In my experience, the G320, in both its in-line and V6 versions ranks among Spanish enthusiasts as the favourite G due to its balance between on-road performance, power-usability and current market costs. I know more than one G500 owner who has switched to G320 claiming that the former's brute power was extremely difficult to dosage in particularly difficult muddy off-road conditions, whereas the G320 is sufficiently powerful and sweeter in these conditions.
But then again, if you just want to drive Spider-like :D , then the G500 is far superior...
c'mon Pok....post those pics already!
camera on your phone!!!!
Pok, try posting your Porker for sale at some of the British Army bases, you might get a sale, loads of them in NW Germany :?:

LOL you get no arguments from me there!
BUT interesting comment on the balance of on road and off road capabilities. I have not found any problem to date, but then again I have not really been VERY muddy conditions other than a some made up stuff by a South African somewhere in Welsh Land

if you do a google search, you will find several websites but worth looking at the RAF sites too not just the Army, the sportscar could well appeal to sky-pilots

I would be delighted to have you come and abuse my hospitality.
As a good host I would have to insist that I supply the toothpaste along with your own private toothpaste squeezer.
During your stay I would also be delighted to supply you with your own fleet of G Wagens which I have recently had delivered for just such an occasion. :D

Hi gents, just to clarify the situation:-
I am not Bill Gates.
I have not bought a fleet of Gs for you to play with.
I found the photo on the internet.
It was obviously to subtle an attempt at humour for the GWOA. :D
I should have posted something like........
Due to problems with poachers I recently purchased a new G for my Gamekeeper.
Damed you Pok! I was just going to point that out!!!!
If he had - I would have applied for the job straight away! :P
Big Block
In answering your above statements... my reply is as follows;
Boo
even more boo
I bet you have found OTHER photo's on the internet
I got the humour, but then again I AM subtle! :P

Is that the South African aluminium body high speed pursuit vehicle? They had them during my time, but I wasn't allowed within a 100 mile radius of them.
Considering the fact that my Land Cruiser pick up suspensions lasted an average of 3 training sessions...
We are still waiting Pok
10 hours if you don't have some Mr Muscle and a hose pipe! 10 minutes if you do!
I have found a 30-06 works fine for poachers ;) I have even use a G successfully.
One needs some automotive carbon solvent, (Amway? made a good one), one could then clean an SLR in probably 1/2 Hr max, very well too, incl a complete & unathorisied strip down ( of the SLR, i add!)
& 10/15 min for a satisfactory quickie ( SLR again)
PS
I found if one over oiled it the inspection was not as thorough
and there I thought the L65A1 was intended to be disposable.
I plumb HATED them pieces of shit, this prior to H&K's reworking thereoff.
On the other hand that nice wee optical sight mounted to a SLR
Sigh
PS
I see the Brits have paid £1,500,000 for 400 No 7.62mm proper rifles
Hey thats only £3,750.00 each, who says Military stuff is overpriced
