Very late call - anyone heading for Le Mans next week?

I am travelling over Tuesday night (literally) from Newhaven, staying at the Beausejour campsite.

My vehicle - 1985 280GE LWB silver/grey, B reg.
Would be delighted to meet up with any other G'ers over there or enroute.

Re: LE MANS 2010

sorry, didnt realise anyone was counting!
yes, my baby has been off the road all this time, except when moving house. However having just had the leaky tank 're-nued' and the car serviced, Le Mans is the first trip away in 4 years.
I just took out European breakdown service, hope I wont need it...

Big risk I'd say, but one you've gotta do.
At least the 460 has no on board computer to fail...most other things can probably be sorted enroute, assuming ANYTHING needs sorting. Things like a blowing exhaust and punctures don't count.

Have a good Le Mans - never been able to get to that. IOM TT Racing is soon too.

Re: LE MANS 2010

Thanks. Le Mans is great, despite the fun being constantly interrupted by car racing.
IOM sounds a blast, but I prefer 4 wheels to 2.
Exhaust is all set, I had a stainless (well rustless) one fitted, although thanks for the prompt, I must check if I have a wheel wrench...
