sort of electrical question
Having now decided to export my G to Holland I will have to change the headlamps to LHD pattern.
Is the rumour true that Volkswagen Golf Mk I headlamps are a straight swop?
If that is the case I can get some really cheap in Holland and swop them over.

Hi Correct LHD Golf without the levelling facility... made by Hella (take one off your G' as a pattern...half the price of RHD headlamps so do not throw the RHD ones away....
Volkswagen LT van headlights fit too

Great news guys!
Will get some secondhand ones off dutch ebay, about thirty quid should suffice.
RHD G-wagen lamps available from end of April for cost of postage to whoever wants them.
