With a spanner.

Seriously they are bolt in... .need to take trim off door and dig through the mud and rust in behind the wheel.

Need to colour code it too...

Hi Stevo remove the l/r tank and the 20 years of mud and you will probably find extensive corrosion in the hinge attachment area.. it is easier to remove the quarter panel if the hinge mounting structure is badly corroded because you need a solid base for the hinge bolts....and working under the wheel arch with petrol fumes from the tank means no power tools can be used to remove the dead metal....a very time consuming and expensive repair caused primarily by lack of lubrication of the hinge pin and salt from the roads.****removing the carpet on the wheel arch and cutting a hole adjacent to the hinge does not help if the structure is corroded. only new metal sections "which are available from MB" will carry the weight of the door......
