intecooler recirculating pump
Hi fellows,
I have to change again the recirculating pump of my inter cooler as it is leaking. Electric moter is working but according to the local Merc dealer there is no repair kit for the pump only is available. Of course the price is close to 200 euro! Any idea how to repair the pump? I am posting photo from the first damaged pump.

Is there a Bosch part number? If not take it anyway to a Bosch dealer and see if he can help.

Finally I found the webasto dealer through Germany today! In fact they called me today and told me that they have the seal kit :wink: available and they could send it immediately! The cost is 33 euro plus VAT (19%). I ordered it and I am waiting for. :D

Pleased that you have found a seal kit. For your information, those MB part numbers are for the heater circulating pump, not your intercooler pump.

thanks for help. In the beginning I had the same infos but I discovered that the heater circulating pump is different with part No A 000 506 25 64 (MB price is 245 euro plus VAT :evil: ). I submit a photo of mine. It is Bosch made with Bosch part No 1147 412 031.

Negative Jesus, it is webasto. At the one on the photo there is a label saying type U 4810 Nr135861. On the other on the car which it was from the Merc there is no any label!According the MB dealer the part number for the pump is 001 835 1164 or 001 835 1364.
There is a seal kit ( 30749A) for the webasto pump but unfortunately there is no webasto dealer in Greece. Any webasto dealer close to you?
