Front windows only work with door open
The front windows in a 1992 300gd lwb only work when door is open.
Is it a wire in the door, or a relay. anybody had this problem
I would check your fuses as I think the power comes from another supply when doors are open.
I'm assuming you mean they are working when the ignition is off and door open!
Hi remove and clean all the switches and their surrounds in the door pillars (they get coated in verdigris over the years)...the circuit passes control to the ignition switch when the door is shut and allows the windows to function without the ignition being on when the door is open.for the rear doors make sure the switch in the centre console is in the correct position.....
