New LED look rear lights
Hi All, I need to get new rear lights for my G so thought I might as well get the new style lights!
I need either the part number if anyone knows it or a chassis number from a new G if poss.
Thanks in advance.
Would this work?

Hardly. Even with the cheap dollar prices for GWagen parts are much pricier in the USA than in Europe.
surely you can just walk into a dealer and ask them to search by model and year....
Left is A 463 820 13 64
Right is A 463 820 14 64
I replaced mine easily a couple of years ago and am no mechanic. The new ones are much more visible and less prone to water ingress....
Regards.
What have you done to yours Rich?
Quote straight from my local dealers on the part numbers given, 56 quid plus vat each! not too shabby!
Hi Martello, just recieved my lights and they are ther same as the old ones and not the LED look ones!!
Any ideas?
Piggy you are a muppet
muppet with wrong lights ... :D :D

Maybe the couple of years ago bit might be the problem Piggy

was that for clear indcator type ones?
I think I gave my local dealer around 100 euros +vat a side and that was with a 10% trade discount! :?
no idea! i thought that the part number was for the led type, same as piggy. so i would assume it was the normal 463, i didn't ask the dealer for any details because it wasn't the normal guy i speak to, so i couldn't say whether clear or amber indicators!
piggy, flog them on ebay and count your losses :P
Also available from the local "stealers"...

Will you show us some photos...to prove they didn't go on the trailer eheh :)
Thanks - looking good as always...especially after a wash!
Ahem meant to say, it looks washed
Now for an upgrade to new foglights...or hang on, you have an aftermarket bumper with very small foglight space
Wash!!! I polished it and waxed it!!!
"Fnarr! Fnarr!" "Tsssk Tsssk"
Might just have to do a comic strip in G Wizz, Finbarr Sims!
Thanks Martello.
Dan, I guess with a bit of offroading the lights have caught on banks and broken the back plate of the lights which now let in water and dust.
