I was walking down a road in Peterborough when an F reg 300 GD drove past. He had turbo written down the side. As luck would have it he stopped a little futher down the road outside some shops. Before he had got out of the G I had caught him and started the interogation. Who, where , when etc about the turbo. He had got a local firm to do the conversion and was well impressed.

He wasn't aware that there was a club nor was he intimate with the internet, so I advised how to find the club on line. I would have liked to have talked longer but I had to get going. I hope he joins the club as he has a rare G.

Roly,
What's an "F" reg?
& you will only get Jesus started again about leaving things alone and being content with going slow( if driving a diesel anyway ) and btw did nobody tell Brabus or AMG that "G"s wernt meant to go fast!
Better keep a low profile while methinks.

So then our 1989 LWB, reg :F122BBD would be a 1989 then!, and this is no lie , the rear no plate fell off very recently and I have it lying on top of dash to remind me to fix it sometime.
