looking at this thing again why use a 5 door when a van lwb or a van with window body is available, that would save weight. I'd also be tempted to put a spare wheel on the bonnet rather than internally and put folding beds on the sides of the rear of the van and not have a roof rack at all. Finally these look overtly military and would attract the wrong type of attention in many areas of the world so a funky colour scheme would help

I contacted this company to enquire what colour code these G' are painted in; it is Desert Sand Matt [1474]. One of the standard colour options for the G300 CDI Professionals is Desert Sand Gloss [1464]. Most of the official photographs I've seen of G' in this colour look ugly because of an orange tint, whereas the Entdecker G' look very smart.

In fact the matt and gloss colours are very similiar; see the photo' of the three G' at http://www.viermalvier.de/ubb_portal/ubbthreads.php/topics/336947/Re_Far... The 461 in the middle is matt [1474] and the other two gloss [1464]

The in-wheel Jerry Can pictured looks neat. Does anyone have one of the military snorkels fitted?
