Can't get out of my mind - have to ask

I already asked in other thread, where it was posted originally, how that turbo whistle (blow) is done  ? It sounds BEAUTIFUL (at least for me 8) )!!! Although not very techie as I am, I kinda know that, if not specially made, this whistle is actually bad sign - isn't?
Video poster says its 350TD, which I have too, so, wiser men than me - is it specially done like this or is it just turbo showing signs of retiring?
All comments are welcome!
PS. Questions - why would I want this - if can't have V8 sound, than all Kompressor men won't have this sound
That turbo whistle is a result of a modified blow off valve/wastegate on the turbo. It happens usually when the engine has been modified for more power.

Thanks Unibob! I thought, my question will be totally ignored! OK, will learn this topic more now! Thanks again! 8)
