you will need to put some dino diesel in, particularly if it is cold. i used about 20-50% dino diesel. no filters changed other than your fuel filter after you've run the first two/three tanks through.

VEGGY OIL, SUNFLOWER OIL, ANY LIQUID OIL..NO CHIP SHOP OIL !!

MOST CHIP SHOPS USE BEEF FAT OR REGUGATATED ANIMAL OILS, WHEN WARM /HOT THEY ARE LIQUID, WHEN COLD WAX LIKE...

PLEASE DONT GET CONFUSED WITH OILS, IT WILL BE EXPENSIVE

VEGGY/SUNFLOWER/LINSEAD ETC 10-15% KEROSIN , THEY WILL RUN IN YOUR DIESEL ENGINE , LOVELLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYY

Re: new chip shop cooking oil

I've done more than 20k on veggie oil, straight into the tank, no additive, except in the extreme cold. 10% kerosene or diesel.

My oil is used and filtered, none of this fancy rubbish they try to sell to you. I've done 120k in a E270 on the same stuff.

I have added an inline filter, one of the cheap plastic ones, and you will have to change this a few times until your system is clean. I do also have a fuel heater, I've posted the design before, but this is not really needed.

Apparently it gradually wrecks the fuel injection and injectors on the vehicle?
