On the money there lphong.
Skoda used to be the dogs dangly bits engineering wise
Before the Communists :(
I would consider purchasing one however unlike the three Bears
there is no middle one
ie Fabia too small
Octavia too large
I WANT the one in the middle
PS
Senior managment DID NOT LIKE the roomster, and it is still quite narrow/ lacking widthwise room inside

Re: I prefer skodas to g-wagens

Hmmmm
Yes Yeti is promising
Cept I have no time for "crossover" veh thinngies
A solution in search of a problem kinda
Well unlessen doing a lot of wild camping with a trailer tent
Be spot on for that.
The only advantage these veh types have is a better, more natural sitting position, sigh, like the dear old Galaxy
Room for the wheelchair, two 50kg dogs and Sainsburys baskets forby, never mind a wheen of paling stabs, chainsaw, wheelbarrow etc.
I have, as yet, refrained from carting drain stone therein
Though for some reason there would be a shovelful or so of loose stones in the footwell :?:

Re: I prefer skodas to g-wagens

toms useless fact:

skoda actually manufactured the main arm for the london eye, they were so proud of it they put there name on it in big letters, but the london eye people soon got rid of it as they realised floating it up the river with skoda written on it would be financial suicide before it was even built!!

Love this bit:

"Some 2,500 were built between 1966 and 1973. Only a few dozen remain roadworthy."

(Wonder why?) :D

Re: I prefer skodas to g-wagens

hahahaha, yeah, I have heard that the Niva is good. But i think my friends were talking about those super-rubbish looking small ones, which we saw in Odessa.
