Sensible price for w463 parts
Hi everyone: I am new to this board and was wondering if i could get a little help as i am absolutely clueless as to the value of w463 parts!
I was thinking of selling the following (as a package) taken from my 2002 G400: front bumper with fogs, rear bumper with pdc and fogs, grill, extra brake light, front license plate mount(not sure if this is part of the bumper!).
Please don't think i am attempting to fein ignorance- I truthfully have no idea whether i should expect £1000 or £100. All parts are in 'good' condition and painted black.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Curiosity is getting the better of me, why are you selling such parts? What mods are you doing toa G400?
Recently(8 mts ago) seen a front bumper on ebay.de complete go for 750.00 euros , maybe our recession might have an affect on that price maybe not. Rear bumper not in so much demand as not very different from early 463 OE bumper, so expect a little less money.

Try the "For Sale " section on the forum for a week or two at a price you would be happy to accept for the sale items.
If there is no genuine movement then just flogit on fleabay for a result.
Huss, I envy you and the weather ye are getting over there. This summer has been miserable over here. Haven't been able to dry out the raincoat all year long.

I know the appearance of ones vehicle is a personal thing, hence all these styling houses making big money to personalise vehicles but apart from looks wise its still a G wagen with the aerodynamic coefficiency of a cottage.
Does it look as butch as the AMG version?
Apart from change the early 1991 version for the later TD bumper to cope better with the intercooler, personally can't see much point. But, thats my taste for you.

I am with you. This adds nothing to the car, looks horrible and is horrendously expensive. To me it is for people with more money than common sense.
