My new proto

I don't know if I am in the rigth place, but I am sure that someones will move this topic in the good forums if it is not the good place
So, after one year, I propose you here some pic of my new building
It's built ONLY with 280GE part. Only the cooling is not from a G-wagen.
The exhaust collector is home-made and the end come from a renault Formula3000.
All the detail are in this page, on the french Pirate4x4 :

Wow Thank you for sharing
Nice job. Looks like fun..
where did you get the wheels from, did you do the beadlocks yourself ?
cracking job buddy!
some great fabrication work in it, really like the iron cross cut outs on the gussets on the cage...very German!! 8)
Where did you get the standard rims you started with?
I am very impressed with the craftmanship and attention to detail, Fabrice.
As you guys say: Chapeau!
Yes, all is completely home-made.
For the wheel, I used old triangular. Un-weld the midle, weld it 5cm more inside. For the bead-lock, I cut with plasma the ring, made the hall, welded them, and that's all.
Here some pictures of this part :
thanks, and don't hesitate to ask more detailled !
I have more than 1000 differents pictures of the built, and I like the idea to share with anyone
