Electric Fan

I would be interested in comments on fitting an electric fan to my 230 GES

Firstly would I notice any difference in performance.

Secondly would the car be more economical.

Thirdly what is the best fan to use and the best way to fit it and disconnect the viscous coupling fan.

At present cooling system is in perfect condition without any problems in six years - in fact no reason why I should not get to Eastnor on the 6th June and visit the members on the stand !!

Reasons for and against please.

you wont notice any performance difference.
I never noticed any better economy
Pacet 16" mounted inside of rad not outside.

Look forward to seeing the ultimate mod (560 V8) on Saturday next.

The 300 mile round trip and an off road section ought to uncover any problems with my car!!
