We had a day out yesterday, driving through the North of Guadalajara. Not too difficult because Freyer had a problem with the vacuum system of his 463 and he lacked the diff locks. It was very slippery and fun, nonetheless.

More pics of other G outings in the link below my signature

Enjoy!!

Engine bay is clean because Jesus Plaza Freyer is a meticulous mining engineer.

Tyres on 460 are 33x10.5R15 BFG M/T

Freyer just rung to let me know that diff locks were working OK but he had been meddling with the lights in the dashboard and he did not insert the buld in their sockets so that the locking lights were not seen.

So we wasted our day out doing a Kia Sportage route rather than the macho one... doh!

Good site sighting day nevertheless...

I think a lot a about Bill Moss during my outings... perhaps someday I can invite Bill to do some offroading in La Gomera (my base is at 28º01'50.72"N and 17º11'20.68"W @ Hotel Jardin Tecina, see Google Earth)

Bye for now

Thanks Jesus. I assume the 460 hasn't been lifted, everything standard ?

I believe that is standard as far as springs and shocks is concerned.

Snorkel was made by a company called VIMESA, I believe

Salam Aleikum Hussein.

Currently working on weekdays in Tenerife but coming back home to Madrid for the weekends.

Waiting for next summer when I can move the family... but too many things to sort out before.

Glad to see you back on the fold, though :D
