seen this at the 4x4 show at donnington last weekend and thought it looked quite nice, a friend of mine seen pictures of it on difflock yesterday and recons it the front not only looks like a G but the back end is the same as mine, I think he right.....flattered!....not half!! :D :D :D :D

there is a Electricity Board Landrover Defender 130 sv which I often see, that sports a 3 pointed star. Wishful thinking perhaps?

it was built in the last 4 months, or just after I put pictures of mine up on difflock, the way the front lower edge of the front wings taper in is nice, I think a 460's headlight surrounds would fit it lovely and the grille of course!
looks like the G's designers knew what they were at 30 odd years ago! :D
or what about the alloy body sliders you can get for defenders?
G wagen's really were well designed for offroad use :D

@prwales, I think that's wishful thinking on the drivers part!
I really hate when the uneducated refer to G's as the same as landrovers, saying "he has a jeep like yours" and its a ruddy defender!!

I'm sure I seen the Idea somewhere before I built it anyway, the G look front end on it is the best bit! I think he should just buy a G!

as for the "black edition" I have tracked down a black dash/ interior trim for it so will be back at it with enthusiasm this week sometime, just could bring my self to putting the beige dash etc back into it, works with the body work but not the silver steel work.
