I can see where they are on the Sunroof but where do they exit?
I notice there is a rubber hose exiting the sill with three tiny holes in it that seem to need clearing is it those? Or what do they do?

Re: Sunroof Drain Holes??

Yes, it sounds like the drain hole.

You should have two, to drain the front, of the sun roof (s/r). These are located at each front corner of the s/r channel, that you will see with the s/r slide open. The drain hose works its way down the A-Pilars either side of the vehicle, these drain out from the bottom of the sill via a rubber grommet in a shape of a 'bulb' with flaps at the end of to prevent dirt from clogging the sysytem. This happens any way.

To clear, take a long strudy plastic tube or similar, and feeding from the top, drain hole slowly and carefully. Work this into the tube, clearing away any blockage. Do this for both sides. To test out and flush the blockage, pour water into the drain tube. This should clear the drain holes, or continue cleaning untill the holes are clear.
