Anyone interested?

As usual nothing fixed in stone and no route will be worked out and no itinery will be done.. just a relaxing trip away having a laugh and exploring heading in the direction that the wind carries us.

The trip will be mostly camping with a few cheap hotel to get cleaned up and celebrate Christmas and the new year..

Unfortunatley the euro is not in our favour so the trip across Europe will be the most expensive bit.. So the more in each vehicle the cheaper it becomes for everyone..

We will hope to see a bit of roman history, the hustle of the towns and cities, chill out in the cedar forest and climb up some steep hills(in our cars) and play in the sand dunes of the desserts..

You will not need to do any modifications to your vehicle just as long as its up together and serviced.. they have better/cheaper mechanics down there..

The option for getting down there are:

drive the 1500 miles across europe,

catch the ferry to the north of spain and drive the 700 miles across spain

Some drive down with more time on there hands and other fly out to either spain or direct to Morocco.

There are pro's and con's for all of them..

Just post on here if you are half interested and you will not be slated or stone for cancelling at a later date as I will be going anyway..LOL

A short vid from last year.. thanks to Mark

I seem to recall piggy and a few others hanging off of mine when heading to the local pub while visiting the Peak District. Unfortunately my diesel didn't quite have enough guts to accelerate any harder while they were doing so...

I suppose we could try again.

Both Gs sound really fit in the video. I just thought they may have changed the exhausts.

Fantastic film.

AAHHHH now I understand your question.. Roly had a standard exaust but I have removed my Kats and silencers..
The noise in the video came from my snorkels more than the exaust.

Have you got a route worked out yet, + a list of essentials. How much drinking water should we carry. How much water for washing? only i carried 2 litre's for washing last time and never used it, don't want to make the same mistake again.

If we manage to get the ferry in spain around the same day and some people get back to the uk at the end of it thats good enough for me..lol

The slow people will get left behind with the torists and if we don't like you or you smell we will try and loose you..LOL

all you need is some baby wipes and a sence of humour..lots

Re: Morocco for Christmas and New Year again

Richard, i'd like to think you'lll have the route sorted by the ebd of the month, + can you have a menu worked out so we can tick our options. I'd hate you to leave everything to the last minute.

Re: Morocco for Christmas and New Year again

Thats easy, we will be heading south from london until we get stuck or we get shot at and then heading back again. And if you don't keep up you get left behind.

As for the menu, it will be tinned corn beef hash or sauage and beans.
