If others are interested, I would be happy to plan another route around Salisbury Plain, for a Saturday or Sunday - or maybe at Easter?

I will work a few out, covering 40-50 miles, so taking 4-5 hours, and going past a pub at lunchtime (just in case). They will be non-damaging, but still fun, and see some different tracks.

Borden is worth it but you have to join the awdc, so the day will cost you £50 , any play day after that is £25 , if you have never been off road and not sure how to use the diff locks or when, then I'd wait for a day when one of us Can show you what to do.

As a complete novice I'll be up for this. Im guessing the AWDC stuff is much more challenging.

Anyone else interested? Sunday will be better for me.

I have written to Peter O'Hallaran, head of the MB world - awaiting his reply.
