Hello all

Just had the brake shoes of my 460 relined, the leading shoe has a shorter lining than the trailing, they assure me this is correct but as far as I know not the same as original!? Any ideas? Scott

Re: Rear brake shoes

You will have a reduced braking surface area which could affect overall braking efficiency to some degree...print off the related pages from the EPC and present them with the shoes for the correct linings to be fitted.. if you are concerned...

The picture shows that the trailing shoe does indead have a longer lining at the base.
