Isn't there a trade thingy with them, as in eu countrys can't sell to them ?
The vehicle on the picture has a 230GE model badge. That means it is at least 15 years old. I think it is no secret Daimler-Benz did some business with North Korea in the late 80s-early 90s. For example they sold North Koreans a bunch of W201s. They did not have Mercedes-Benz badges or stars, but wore badges of some North Korean automaker. Something like the Panhard VP4 G-Wagon used by the French Army.
