Will the interior door panels of a 463/g500 fit a 460?

I have the chance to purchase all 4 panels - but oviously dont want to wast my money!

same overall dim's but the grabhandles and electric windows will leave holes in the wrong places or no holes at all.......

You could put blanks in the holes you don't use and drill holes where you need them ....would not be 100% because the blanks would catch the eye of a keen observer.plus the plastic mouldings/cappings are not compatible with the 460 doorframe.... a non starter in my opinion.....
