Rear Brake Lights Blown on 463?

Hmmm...Just got stopped by a kind motorist to say both my rear brake lights were'nt working (top 3rd one is ).

Seems strange both might have blown together...could this be be poss?
If so, Any tips on best/cheapest palce to source new lights..plan to change myself...

Why change the lights when it is probably only the brake lamp bulbs blown? They are the most likely failure point.

check your fuses. there is a built in fuse tester on the left of the fuse box.
