OIL FILER CAP PROPLEM

MY G HAS BEEN IN THE GARAGE HAVING SO BODY WORK DONE , WHEN I GOT IT BACK , THERE WAS A CREAMY GUNK , OVER THE FILER CAP , I THOUGH THIS WAS THE HEAD GASKET HAD GONE , THE GARAGE TOLD ME THAT SOME TIME WHEN IT STANDS FOR I WHILE THIS CAN HAPPEN , IS THIS TRUE OR AS THE ENGINE GONE ?????

Hi creamy gunge in the top of the rocker cover is a direct result of condensation due to short runs and not enough heat being generated in the engine." can also be a head gasket problem" but then the sump oil is creamy too..take it for an hours drive and then do an oil and filter change while the engine is hot............

thanks for that , the oil is nice and clear and there is no lost of oil pressure or water in the rad..... it has been not run for a while , and it pulls well....
will take for a nice long drive now i have it back
