so where are the tax riots taking place this time?
It's in the nature of British people... a lot of moaning and groaning but when it comes to action everybody chickens out. Revolutions are so unBritish, you see...

Agreed. But I recall all these fuel tax protests while i lived in the UK which ended up in nothing. By the time the next budget came hey, presto, another few pence more in duties!
