Age of car?

Who can help me to verify the age of a car?
Vinnumber is
46021217027933/68
According the papers I have it was first used on 21-12-82
The car hase no diff-locks. Not in the front neither the rear. And this seems a bid odd.
Axle housing is same as the locked ones.

Get you local dealer to do you a copy for the data card of your vehicle. Give the vin number to the parts department, they should be able to do you a print out.
