Unfortunately been there and done that (but not the gear knob). Gordon Setter pup also pulled all the headliner off, gear knob, head rests, indicator stalk, heater controls, all the buttons off the stereo, a frozen chicken, loaf of bread and sampled every tin can in the shopping. Only thing it didn't do was vomit!!
