Reg "G55 AMG"
"G55 AMG" sold at DVLA auction yesterday for £8800 & commission.
Any ideas who bought it ?
hopefully a g owner, if not someone with a very odd name!
might have been a dealership, what do you think?

How far will that piddling amount take them in fuel?
About £10,600 odd incl comm. and VAT.
With petrol a £5.00 gall and 10 miles per gallon
Say about 20,000 / 22,000 miles
Though I presume Vehicle designation "personal" plates are worth a lot less than personal personal plates.

£5.00 a gallon? The front page of the "Tele" said £1.60/ltr by summer!! (£7.25)!!
As for 10 miles/gallon, I got nearly 14 yesterday :D
Nor me, though I confess I was a bidder.
15.2 mpg average over 20,000 miles.....
I bought G3 WGN last year from the DVLA and it was only £399... G55 AMG is far better and seems to have been a great bargain.
Got this for my 500. £250 from DVLA (then add on all the other stuff came to £317
Hopefully the picture has posted - can see it on my screen though!
