820 miles from Salzburg 65-85 on motorways
some faffing about but not much, average 65mph
22.2 mpg avg
much better if you stay under 70mph
stopped at a french motorway toll by some curious cops - very friendly once I told them the story in my best O level French
pics in a day or so once I've had some sleep!
oh, how i wish for a nice RHD 320cdi here in jakarta...

Yes Hus - he brought it around this morning. One of only a few hundred LHD G320 CDIs produced.
I think Mark took some pics of one when he was in Munich.

they brought one to our hotel for a test drive last year and were so good

Actually actually I am supposed to be selling "G"'s not buying as quite unexpectedly we bought a wee farm that needs paying for early May.
The agent looked quite shocked when I replied "planting rush bushs" to his query as to what we were for doing with 35 acres af Class 1 arable land.
Grow my own rapeseed most probably, would seem sensible
and some Hemp ( man :wink: ) for the wifes Arthritits

OK so the envy form spider1V is great on two counts 1 you have a great 320 Engine and 2. it is RHD! :lol:
As posted who has the other 5 RHD G's and if so are they for sale? :?:
and once can pnly dream of such milage - best I have got so far is 18.6MPG :roll: however the worst ( and I knpw Peter {erfect will beat this) is 8.7 the other day was racing some RR and both driving into the wind!
