Hi dear friends,
my question is how can I use my caravan and my treilers as they have different sockets  . My 290 gdt has the same with my caravan (13 if not mistaken). Do you know if there is any adaptor in order to use both?
Thanks Angelos

I am positve that there are adaptors... you just need to find one, I guess in a caravan shop...

I bought an adapter to take it from 12pin? down to 7pin? . Cost about £12 from a trailer specialist

Same here, take it to a place specialised in towing and they should be able to help you. They gave me the adaptor plus parts and I assembled the cable myself, just a matter of matching the colours.
I'm not sure which one you need but it's probably a version of this, or the opposite:

Angele go to any shop which sells small trailers or boat-trailers. The 13-to-7 adaptors (and vice versa) are common. If you want to burn a tiny hole in your pocket, MB sell them. Also, very large petrol stations sometimes stock them.
