Rear Wiper Parking?
My rear wiper has stopped parking properly. Its only an irritation, but is it somethink easy to fix? (1983 300GD). I do have a spare unit I can fit if its a complicated job.

Check wiring loom at the rear tail gate, wires inside the loom do usually break, if one of these wires is broken, it is probably the feed wire to your auto-park.
For a 1983, the loom is on the out side of the rear tailgate and rear panel. If the looms sheath is not already perished, you will need to cut this away t examine your loom of wires. Re-seal the loom by winding black insulation tape.
