insufficient funds lead to no g, hence ive spent even more time working my arse off so i can one day afford a nice g55 (even though by then it will be running on a fuel cell!!!)

damn could you imagine? 4 seperate motors propelling each wheel? if the Tesla or Venturi are anything to go by, then that G will be a rocket that would make a current G55K look like its standing still.... of course the lack of roar would be a big let down....

Re: This months "Total Off road" magazine

i saw a tesla in norwich and it actually looked quite cool, specailly (and as a lover of a dirty great v8) the way it has £0 on the tax disk, that will really confuse the greenies.

your right tho maxwell, the thing would be so quick but the whole feeling wouldnt be the same when all you get is more road noise, i know spider and many others will vouch that they love the noise of their engines the most!

roar

i dont think the lack of nice engine noise is a problem.
how many 18-20 year olds do you see in little hatchbacks that are half full of audio gear knocking out repetitive boom-boom lab rat music loud enough to make your eyes water! do the same but play f1 engine noise thru it, and link the volume to the fly by wire accelerator pedal!!!!!

Re: roar

Interesting. I wonder who that belonged to. There is a pretty long waiting list for them and as far as I know they aren't selling them outside the US.

I've never seen one in reality but from pictures I don't think the design of the front quite matches the rear though.

But 0-60 in less than 4 seconds.... omg!
