people do sell copies of it over ebay (around 10 gbp) so i think i should be able to give you the download adress
I don't see why not... we are not engaging in piracy just providing information.
The funniest of it all is that MBUSA is providing free EPC access to all USA residents... but if you reside in the rest of the world you have to pay for the pleasure.

you will need a high speed internet connection to download it because it is a very big file (little over 5 gigabytes)
you will also need a seperate keygen which download adress provided on the comments section
also it is quite tricky to set it up
i can provide assistance to how to set it up as much as i can
if i'm not mistaken epc is 2002 version
