Huss, Don't mind the sceptics mate. I believe you.
Welcome to 463 ownership, now come see how the other half live for real.
That you maybe very luck with it and enjoy it for many years.
I look forward to seeing more pics when you have worked your magic on it.
Regards,
Mike
PS I don't suppose you and Marty are related by any chance or maybe just telepathic or something ? Another great find ends up in the right hands again.
Great new Huss,
I allways enjoyed my 270 when I had it....you will love it...is it not meant to have indicator in the mirrors as a 2003??
Fred
Huss,
Looks as if we will have to change your Avitar now! Great find, look forward to seeing more photos. How many G's do you have now??
Spider1V
Very nice Huss!

shhhhhh!
lol Tim is working overtime on this one!
mabrooooooook hus55 i'm sure you will put it to good use..only you could find such a rare car on the island!
Looks a bit like a windscreen wiper motor, but the rest is looking good, even has the proper rubber mats!
What's below the rear speaker? Is that a reversing or battery gauge?
That's the indicator for parktronic, when the red light comes on, you're about to hit
Congratulations for finding it and for almost buying it. If it is sorted properly that G should last ........very long time. Huss I hope it is all good with this car, get it checked properly from a dealer though.
Hi Huss,
When you say converter is it the cat on the exhaust that is gone. Is it not very soon for it to be gone with so little mileage on the vehicle.
Also what looks like a windscreen motor replaced too. Huss check out this vehicles history with a fine tooth comb just to be sure.
Otherwise I am dead jealous and would give my left liathroid (Irish)for an interior like that although with the steering wheel on the other side for me.
Regards,
Mike
cheer up you old grumpy bugger.
once its fixed it will run fine. anyway, newer cars will always have higher prices for anything but it will be worth it.
Hi Huss arahbeha gdid!! fahlus ktirh ???? if it is the torque converter giving problems ithat is an unusual fault in early life and "normal" use...abuse would be a more likely cause ..and the gismo that has been changed looks awful cruddy for low miles unless it had been deep in the mud.....if MB Northern Cyprus are G' familiar it might be wise to get them to give you a price to get it back up to spec all over and drop that quote in front of the vendor to focus the minds on what it is really worth..hope you get good value for your money..the badge is only part of the value......
i didnt even have a chance to driving it..........!!
I would definitely drive it before handing over money no matter what the cost. It may be a bargain now but they're not cheap to fix.... and as others point out the wear looks high for such a low mileage G....
Don't forget to test all the difs in both hi and lo.
Caveat empor!
this part was changetd too
not sure what it is......something to do with H  HI-LOW :?:
well it didnt fix the problem :!:
the converter should be fitted today.lets see what news comes of it.
Huss, this is correct, that part is the motor to change from Hi to low. Newer 463 transfer cases do not have a lever but a switch and a motor to do this.
Hi Huss if little fingers could play with the Hi - Lo switch when the car was at high speed in Hi range.. I guess it could get very expensive very quick..maybe there is a safety lockout to stop you changing the transfer box into Lo range at high speed...it would certainly load up the torque converter or even shear the flexi plate that fits between the engine and the converter...Mort may have some thoughts on this and give you few specific questions to ask the owner as to why it will not drive.......
here are a few
can anyone tell me the exact spec through the chassis number?
i had a look breifly but some codes were unclarified :?
its only done about 40000 miles,first reg'd in 2003 i think.
chassis no- 463 323 1x1333227.
