fuel accumulater

i have what appears to be two fuel filters under my g i found out that one is a fuel accumulator retailing at 153 euros.. does anyone no what this part does and is it realy required and if it is can i get this part any cheaper than 153 euros part number is 0004760121....... cheers

is your G fitted with bosch K-tronic injection? if it is i expect a fuel accumulator from another k-tronic car will fit. but for 150euro is it worth the hassle finding out?

sorry no idea the car is an A reg 1984 old beast now, how would i find out if it had the k-tronic injection ?
