WAR AND PEACE SHOW UPDATE
Wow, i have just driven slowly past the show ground and its all taking shape quite nicely. HUGE towers being built :?: :?: HUGE tanks on low loaders clogging up our roads. Bob is off tomorrow to mark out our pitch, before all the best ones get taken :!:
Guest list for the saturday night filling up nicely anyone else thinking of coming to Kent for the weekend :?: :?:
And we think our poor G's running problems are nearly sorted............... about time too :P
but its not for another 2 weeks, how can you mark out your pitch.
The show is only open to the public for 3 days !! but as people travel from all over the world to exhibit at the show the they camp over two weeks so you will see lots of military vechicles on the roads

Helen i will be down on saturday first thing for a cup of tea, wish i could stay for the night but have to go to a 50th party (free rum all night and only down the road!!!!)

If anyone else finds themselves at the show and wants to find us, our personal little patch of mud, grass or dust (dependant on weather) is in the Americas field turn first left then first right. then look for a green G!

Well i had to rescue Rob today as the mud was bad. took 4 hours to pack all the camp away and did it just before the rain started again. :!:
Show ground looks awful, a bridge has collapsed, loads of mayhem :!:

Are you and family still venturing down to Kent? If so i will post my mobile number soon with some sort of location for us. i.e turn left at big tank, right at the next, through muddy / dusty field we are under the big pirate flag, tents under camo net. :!:
