1987 G squashed before I could get to it !!!
This is just the pits.
I have made contact with someone in Japan who has been there for 10 years and is an aussie,so is a good bloke and is willing to help a mate.
So there is a wrecker near where he lives and there is a 1987 G there with 1 or 2 small rust bubbles.
He says that he will offer them AUS$1,000 for it dispite the owner not being offered anything for it. The wrecker got it for nothing.
Not interested !!
So after trying his best for me,he goes back to try again and the G is now a compact...2 foot by 2 foot square...BL**DY HELL !!!!!
Right color,right motor and tranny..
The only thing wrong with it was 2 small rust spots that were nothing and one running board was missing. They thought because of the age it was worth nothing. My contact says he will try again,but what a bummer.....AARRRGGGGGHHHH.

Im trying not to think about it.
They have new recycling laws. So many wreckers have gone out of business because there is so much paperwork to let the government know the car was recycled properly. There was 15 in his area 2 years ago and now only 2.
My contact even offered to do the paperwork to help me get the car. But they cant be bothered. All I know is that it was a 1987 LWB with the TD. Dont know the actual model.
My friend was more upset than me...he he. Im calming down now...breath...breath.
