would a G.........?
I am a G nut since i was an early teenager, when my dad would drive us up to "ALAN DAYS OF FINCHLEY" and we would see the biggest variety of G's under one roof :)
i wouldnt change my G's for anything but another set of G's (463's to make maxwell happy  )
well back to the topic,i was travelling through YOUTUBE and saw this clip and sat back......would a G go through that same spot that easy :?: i would love to see a G in a similar situation. nothing compares to these two icons.ultimate off road= wrangler :?:

and this is my brothers toy in sunny n-cyprus
Bl**dy awesome !!!
That would almost convert me...
Tell your brother that looks great!
It looks sunny over there,so the car suits the climate.
Hi All, if the G had the same size tyre and the same tread then of coarse it would.
The only advantage Jeeps have is that they are light. That person would have spent at least £15000 on that jeep to make it perform and look like that. Because out of the box theyr'e pants.
:D , very tidy and looks fantastic in the sun 8)
Twodogs
A RAV4 fitted with the same tyres would do it,,
agree with richard. a £500 280 with £1000 worth of wheels and tyres would piss it, that makes £1500 worth of decent off roader. jeeps a shit std. But like landys you can get loads of bolt ons.
Any half whit could charge at it like that and make it to the other side. A full whit with a couple of hundred quid, as per PP note above, using something like a Suzuki with decent tyres on would manage it without all the dramatics. But then I guess to use a thing like that, in that manner, you've fully commited all available brain power (all 3 cells) to operating the right foot only (same symptoms demonstrated by most LR and Mitsubishi L200 etc owners. Do they have to pass an IQ test at the dealers? I.E. in single figures?)
Or of course a G would do it.
mem's tj runs on 38"mtrs,he spent a fortune on having it prepared including changing the gear ratios.he is well  with it and says it goes the same. i am telling him to fit a snorkel to improve cold air intake...he seems convinced!
only real downside to the "old" wrangler against the latesr version and ofcourse the "mighty G" is no boot
but still, everyone to their own i guess.
this august we will be testing them off road  and hope to have many pics to show...
