460 Alloys
Chaps,
I've been busy taking a 460 apart :D :D . I managed to get 5 of these alloys off it :D :D :D :D :D :D .....well as you can see not entirely as I had to bring one home with the door attached! :shock: :shock: Now got the door off but still have to get the bracket off :evil: :evil: :evil: Problem of seized nots, loose captive bolts and very little room.
Anyway the question is I think these are R4 rims, 15'' J7's ?? Will they fit my 460 without spats? and what tyre size shall I go for if they do?

Hi suedrad (steel) rims at 5.5J being the standard fit.you will be changing the overall appearance with these alloys and if you fit narrow profile tyres they will not protrude overly much ...what did they look like on the one you chopped up??? rgds
Dont forget to use the correct wheel bolts for the alloys

They came off a D reg 460 which had 3x fibreglass knackered archers and one original that I salvaged. The wheels looked fine in the archers, but having mud tyres on looked a little proud of the normal archers. I'll stick one on my G when my arms stop aching.
