Shotgun storage?
All,
I have a 2002 g500 LWB. Is it possible to buy or fabricate (2nd choice) an insert that would attach to the interior roof structure and hold shotguns for hunting trips. Ideally, it would open in a downward fashion, then load the shotguns (broke down if necessary) then raise back up to the roof deck.

I think Orc might do one - I have seen photos of it but I don't remember where.
You can also get cases for the front doors and that hold the rifle vertically in the rear corner pillars.

Bo, you maybe asking the wrong community! I hunt with shotguns (strangely enough on a shoot that attracts people from the USA) but we are certainly an endangered species that will soon be extinct in the UK. Carrying shotguns around in vehicles in the UK is not the norm! Unless you are out side the law :roll: :roll:
