Some awesome off-roading terrain there; pity it's a war zone.

BTW, a buddy says that many of the military Gs in Europe run Peugeot engines - is this true and what are the reasons for that? Simply cheaper? Surely the military would be more concerned with reliability and ease of maintenance over price...

only the french p4, which is the same as the G, but with suttle differences like the headlamps, engine and gearbox.

One wonders why the british army don't buy them instead of driving something designed for a farmer.

If it were designed for some of the farmers I know, that would turn into a positive advantage !! :wink:
