One for Jesus. One of the Unworthy Bites the Dust/Mud
Fast track lesson in the effects of gravity, limits of tyre adhesion and stability of a LR on a side slope!!
Amazingly no one was hurt, the driver actually jumped out as it became apparent he’d past the point of no return.
A G would have fared slightly better but I certainly wouldn’t want to test that
that looked very sore
So I take it the advice to "remain in the vehicle and grip the steering wheel tightly " ONLY applies if one has a roll cage.
Lucky he was on the upper side when she started to tip over.

Somewhere on this site are pictures of Peter Perfect's G after it rolled a couple of times. If I remember correctly the window popped out and he drove away.
I can vouch for a g rolling over on its roof, 3 times, and here it was it looks like when it landed
I cant see anything ?? it must be bad
you must be blind, front screen out and one side window and broken alloy, and thats it. I know what I would rather be in on a roll. I changed the front wheel, fixed a perspex screen on the front and competed the next 2 days on a 3 day event, until the petrol pump packed up on the 2nd day, lucky for me I had an LPG conversion, was towed to an LPG station to carry on only for the front winch cable to break, after that I called it day came 16th out of 40 vehicles. Did the same challenge later on that year and came 4th.
Funny enough Twodogs,
I did not see it the first time either,
the photograph that is, not the damage to the "G".
Must have been sommat to do with the "editing"

the most valuable thing in life is wisdom!
but unfortunately you offer it for free but the silly buggers refuse it!!!
don't bother, let them learn the hard way.....
one of the reasons I didn't end up buying a defender was their complete lack of strength in the A & B pillars in the event of a roll over accident . The last story I heard was one of our local farmers who clipped a verge when travelling at 50mph, put the landy on its roof , a pillar crushed and he lost an arm
When a g rolls, it rolls on its front end, bonnet and top of the windscreen pillars. The strength in the doors and the pillars is fantastic. As it went I had complete confidence in the structure, I just placed my hands on the roof and pushed my self into the seat, I admit, the roll was slow, but I was not worried one bit.
Strange how LR people think though. A guy at work looked at it and seriously wanted to buy it. Said he would have it reshelled in a couple of evenings
Still rather take my chances in a G.
