Re: MISTY FUEL/TEMP CLOCK

Hi the heater will pull moisture from the floorpans under the mats which are foam backed even if the surface appears dry.this rises as steam and collects in the instrument binnacle.the fuel/temp guage has lots of holes for warning lights and panel lights that allow moisture to penetrate round them and steam up the face...only remedy is to silicone all the apertures after removing the upper lights an blowing the clock dry with a hairdryer, or remove the clock from the binnacle (note where all the lights are located) and put it somewhere warm for twentyfour hours then seal it up....your is a cabrio so check the glass o'ring seal as well............
