Radio removal

Can someone tell me how I can remove the orginal Mercedes Radio/cassette player in my 1995 463 SWB ?

Can I fit a standard DIN size carradio in that slot ?

Yes any aftermarket radio will fit, you will need the "keys" to remove the old one probably a blaupunkt set of metal spikes.

Hi look for somebody local who sells and instals music systems in cars...have them remove your old one so that you can look at new ones with a matching facia..and then decide not to buy...they have all the romoval tools as part of their fitting toolkit...alternatively let them find the ones that will remove your radio and offer to buy them.. rgds and seasons greetings

just go to halfords they will pull them for free if u ask nicely!
