And if you go to a "proper" outfit, they'd be able to give you high-strength industrial type in the same sizes. A good thing to do as these are not the G's strongest area.
just fitted wheel bearing kit ,Premier BRT1166

but what about the seal's.
does anybody know the part number for the hub nuts?
cheers simon
Hi Simon.
There is no point is asking for a part number if you do not state your VIN. The configurations can be quite numerous and you don't want to end up with a costly unwanted part.

If you refer to the nut that holds the hub to the tip of the CV joint (halfshaft) then it can be A4609900260 but I cannot be sure
In this case I would advise noting the axle number into consideration.
The 460's have generally a smaller diameter nut compared to the 463's.
The 463 can have two different sizes, depending on axle production number.

Simon,
Did you do your front wheel bearings?
I need to do one of mine in the near future so would be interested to hear how you got on. Did you get the proper tool for the hub nuts?
