just think of all the wiring you have to sort out. thats why I dipped out after rolling my 280, will end up tray backing it for winch challenges. But I have my new 560 V8 to keep me occupied for a while.

I have done the rear quarters and they were a mess inside, I dont think you could do it all in a weekend unless you didnt want to sleep  once I took the quarters off the merde in panels underneath was what took all the time, my rear door hinge had broken away from the post too to rebuild that stronger took a whole day I have photos if you have adsl there are also a few pics on my greenies.info site.
If you want pics by email it will need a proper pop address not an online one like yahoo or msn as they dont like pics and i usually get them back.

I agree with Nick above. You will not like what you find once you remove the rear quarters. It’s all pretty easy stuff, just time consuming. Once I had sorted out the inner panels I glued the rear quarters in to place. Way easier than welding and won’t distort your nice new panels. I can talk you through it but unfortunately don’t have any under cover facilities or the time (still rebuilding houses) to do it with you.
Give me a ring if you want to discuss it.
