Got one at last!!!
Hi guys John from Camberley here, finally bought my first gee tonight from fellow forum member VJ (thanks Viki). She's an '85 280 LWB Auto, quite a frilly one, with a rattly camshaft, and various vibrations, but she got me back from Brighton to Camberley without incident, just a slight headache!!!!
Just paid me' membership, no doubt be looking for lots of help soon guys thanks in advance :shock:

And that's enough of the jokes at 'her' expense!... poor Hector, he's had a sex change as well as having to suffer the indignity of being let go for a pittance to his new owner and moved to camberley (camberley will never be the same)... Hi john, glad you got back safely... am still feeling scalped (i'll never forgive myself - those are my initials it's wearing!)..but its good to see the Beast already looking better cared for, keep up the good work ....if my finances ever recover enough to get more G-wheels myself, i look forward to seeing you and 'her' at the GWOA agm one day...

get that rust around the window sorted quick, or it will be too late. if they crack the windscreen getting it out,there about £90 fitted. its a major panel replacement if you dont.
